We want you to rest easy knowing that if your new bedding isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 nights of delivery. Our goal is to ensure your home sanctuary is exactly as you imagined, with a seamless process for every customer.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused or gently tested items back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
